Abstract
Analytical investigation is made to the on-line shopping logistics service quality of Jingdong Mall by combi-ning the questionnaire method with the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process method, followed by additional analysis for the e-valuation index relative weight of the on-line shopping service quality, in order to get the evaluation index weight result of the on-line shopping service quality under different evaluation angles. The logistics service quality evaluation system is not only in favor of improving the enterprise’s operating efficiency and economic benefit, but also conducive to well awareness of own advantages and disadvantages in order to perfect the enterprise system.关键词
