摘要

Abstract

Initial study has been performed for energy-saving strategy and testing method for domestic hoisting machin-ery, but there is lack of systematic data acquisition and analysis processing method. The paper puts forward an analysis method based on multi-element regression model and analyzes the total energy consumption and each specific variable con-sidering the operating characteristics of the crane lifting mechanism. The test result shows that the regression model can ef-fectively predict the energy consumption change of the lifting mechanism. The conclusion obtained from the model can pro-vide theoretic basis for further classification of the energy-consumption grading, and offer technical support for related au-thority to strengthen the crane energy-saving supervision.
