摘要

Abstract

Since the tire crane is mostly used in domestic container treminal for loading and unloading containers,the existing RTG being modified into the remote-control semi-automatic RTG will play a significant role in decreasing the opera-tors,improving working efficiency,reducing labor intensity of operators,and improving the economic benefit in the tremi-nal.The paper analyzes critical points of the automatic technologies of RTG from its own characteristics,discusses the prac-tical effect of RTG automation,and presents the method of realizing remote-control semi-automation of existing container RTG and key points of system application in conjunction with the system applications of Japanese RTG remote-control semi-automatic yard.
