摘要

Abstract

When the trolley is moving on the front beam of the ship unloader,the front beam will bear the moving load which may cause vibration to the front beam,hence to take great impact on not only the strength and fatigue of the front beam,but also moving stability of the trolley on the beam.The widely-used static analysis fails to get the dynamic response of the front beam;in this case,the paper puts forward to adopt Ansys finite element software for transient analysis and mod-eling of the effect of the moving trolley on the front beam,in order to get the dynamic response of the front beam on the head and mid-span under the condition of different carts at normal travelling speed.
