摘要

Abstract

In view of down-wrapping occurring to the girder of overhead crane under the action of self-weight and load-ing,and kinematic error of the trolley arising from down-wrapping,the paper puts forward the error compensation method to measure the deflection error with the laser deflection measuring gauge,record the errors of the beam at different times using the PID control module of PLC,convert them to the directional errors of the cart,and send the errors to PLC system in or-der for PLC system to convert the errors into the cart motion,to supplement the errors arising from beam down-wrapping.
