摘要

Abstract

As the value of dynamic factors influences the engine power and the speed ratio of the transmission system, different highshift dynamic factors are selected based on the actual running conditions of the engine (the fully loaded forklift running on smooth roads)to calculate the engine power.The paper mainly analyzes the interaction between the engine pow-er,the transmission scheme,and the speed ratio.By analyzing the theoretic calculation result,the paper gets the relation between the engine power and the transmission scheme,between the total speed ratio of the transmission system and the en-gine power,and between the total speed ratio of the transmission system and the transmission form.The paper concludes that it’s necessary to correctly understand the effect of the engine power on the design of the transmission system and rea-sonably select the engine and the transmission scheme to fully use the engine power,with consideration of transmission per-formance and economic-efficiency of the forklift.
