摘要

Abstract

The paper analyzes the 31. 5 m double-girder bridge crane weighing 80/30 t,performs solid modeling with SolidWorks three-dimensional software and conducts finite element analysis with Ansys Workbench based on the characteris-tics and dimension parameters of the bridge structure. The displacement deformation nephogram,equivalent stress nepho-gram and modal analysis solution of the full-load trolley at the middle and end of the span is respectively obtained from the analysis on the structural static mechanics and dynamics of bridge structures under different conditions. The result shows that,the vertical static deflection,equivalent stress and first-order modal inherent frequency of the double-girder bridge un-der different conditions meet the requirements of crane design specifications,which provides reference for further optimizing the performance of the main end beam of bridge and avoiding resonance effect during operation.
