广州民间金融街城市更新模式探讨
Renewal Mode of Guangzhou Civil Financial Street
摘要
Abstract
The renewal of Guangzhou Civil Financial Street differs from other ones, most of which are driven by cultural tourism or creative industry. Based on deep interviews with government, firms, owners and other subjects, which were assisted by data analysis, the paper investigated the industry selection,model and effects of therenewal. It shows that civil financial industry brings along therenewal, which consists of environmental renewal, building emptying and industry injection, and it results in better environment, advanced function and protected cultural. Moreover, through analyzing problems ofrenewaldriven by cultural tourism or creative industry, it suggests that other industries can also promote therenewalof historic districts.关键词
