摘要

Abstract

With the widespread use of CSS3 ,developers need urgently for a technique to turn the traditional non-CSS3 ani-mations into CSS3 animations ,to reduce duplication of development ,and improve program reusability .Describes the meth-ods of defining CSS3 animations and TML local animation ,it can make up for the deficiencies of CSS3 animation through the conversion of each other ,enables designers to produce high-quality animation quickly and efficiently .
