摘要

Abstract

With more and more widespread application of microwave technology ,process requirements are also improved , so stable power microwave power emerged .Introduces a high-power microwave source which was controlled by SCM .Mi-crowave power can operate safely and stablely under the control of the SCM ,and has the functions of power setting ,trou-bleshooting ,adjustable output power and output power real-time display .
