Abstract
Based on the developing teacher evaluation theory ,this paper proposes and designs a vocational teacher evalua‐tion system indicators and system in order to promote vocational teachers to clear their own career situation and determine the direction of their own development ;finally ,promoting the forming of lifelong learning habits for vocational teachers .关键词
