城乡居民社会养老保险政府补贴问题研究--基于广东省的实证研究
Research about the Fiscal Subsidy of Rural-urban Residents Social Pension Insurance：A Case Study of Guangdong Province
摘要
Abstract
Using the 6th national census data and 2011 financial data, this paper calculated subsidy amount from provincial and city government to rural-urban residents social pension insurance in Guangdong province, it is concluded that the provincial government is capable of undertaking the subsidy while the cities and counties in the most undeveloped areas will in financial straits. Therefore, it is not only necessary to construct growth mechanism of subsidy of rural-urban residents social pension insurance but also need to reshape the financial relationship among various levels of government.关键词
