温度和SiO2添加物对准东煤中碱金属的赋存形态及迁徙特性的影响
Effect of temperature and silicon additives on occurrence and transformation characteristics of alkali metal in Zhundong coal
摘要
Abstract
The Zhundong coal mined in Xinj iang area is rich in alkali metal,resulting in slagging problems during coal combustion.Thus,the effect of temperature and SiO2 additives on alkali metal occurrence and transformation characteristics was investigated.The results show that,the Na in Zhundong coal is mainly water-soluble,whereas the K,Ca and Mg are mainly water-insoluble.As the temperature rising,the content of water-soluble sodium in coal ash reduced significantly,but the content of water-insoluble sodium in-creased.The SiO2 additives can both increase the content of water-insoluble sodium and reduce the content of water-soluble sodium,enabling SiO2 a good ability of sodium capture.关键词
