垃圾电站 HCl 气体高温脱除实验研究

摘要
Abstract
A new efficient sorbent of modified CaO was developed to capture HCl at high temperatures.Mo-reover,the HCl capture ability and mechanism of the sorbent at high temperatures (800 ℃ to 950 ℃)was investigated in a fixed bed reactor.The results show that,the HCl capture ability of CaO was improved sig-nificantly by ethanol with volume concentration of 40%.The specific surface area and pore volume of the modified CaO became four and seven times larger than that of the unmodified CaO,respectively.The HCl capture efficiency was enhanced by an average of 20%.SEM analysis shows that pore structure of the mod-ified CaO became more developed than that of the unmodified CaO,and the porous product layer appeared at the adsorbent surface,which was beneficial to the HCl capture.XRD analysis indicates the reaction prod-ucts were mainly CaClOH and CaCl2 ,of which CaClOH was produced at the initial stage.关键词
