摘要

Abstract

Measurements of air and fuel system parameters are important for boiler monitoring and adj ust-ment.Due to restrains of the measurement conditions,parameters like air flow,coal flow,oxygen content and others usually fluctuate continually and are difficult to detect accurately.Sometimes different types of measurements are in conflict.Measurement errors of various parameters are taken into account to reconcile the data,on the basis of the maximum likelihood estimate in complicated air and fuel redundancy measure-ment network.The reconciled data perfectly fitted the basic theorems such as matter and energy balance, and calculation of coal chemistry.They are the statistical estimates for true value in the system,and reveal more likely states of the system than the primal measurements.The data reconciliation model can identify the abnormal measurements by detecting the imbalance of the system,and search the fault meters and transmitters intelligently.
