摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the temperature window migration problem of SNCR reaction region caused by coal type variation and frequent peak operation,the combustion temperature field measurement method was adopted to carry out optimization adjustment for the SNCR system.Taking a 670 t/h coal-fired boiler as the research obj ect,the furnace temperature field was monitored online by radiation image processing technolo-gy to select the temperature window of SNCR reaction zone and guide the optimization adj ustment of spout location and flow rate allocation.At last,via CFD software,the denitrification efficiency of the SNCR sys-tem was simulated.The results show that,using the temperature filed online monitoring technology to op-timize the SNCR system can enhance the denitration efficiency dramatically,which also can improve the NOx distribution at the furnace outlet.
