弯尾管 Helmholtz 型无阀自激脉动燃烧器 NOx 排放特性
NOx emission characteristics of a Helmholtz valveless self﹣excited pulse combustor with bend tailpipe
摘要
Abstract
Experimental study on NOx emission characteristics of a valveless self﹣excited pulse combustor of Helmholtz type with bend tailpipes was carried out.The results show that,when the combustor's structure is fixed,the NOx emission at tailpipe exit increased first and then decreased with the increasing heat load,it decreased with an increase in excess air ratio.The combustion temperature and residence time of the flue gas in high temperature area has great influence on NOx emission of the Helmhotlz pulse combustor.Gen﹣erally,there is a reasonable heat load window in which the NOx emission becomes low due to short resi﹣dence time of the flue gas in high temperature zone,although heat load and combustion temperature are very high.关键词
