Design and analysis of coal pulverizing system of a 1 025 t/h oxy﹣lignite fired boiler
摘要
Abstract
By taking the coal pulverizing system of a 1 025 t/h oxy﹣fuel boiler firing lignite with high mois﹣ture and low sulfur as an example,process flow of the coal pulverizing system and mill type selection were designed,using the first flue gas recirculation as the desiccant.Moreover,thermal dynamic calculation was carried out to ascertain parameters values like the coal temperature and moisture at mill outlet.The results show that,the MPS200 HP﹣Ⅱ type mill can satisfy the requirements of coal pulverizing system in oxy﹣coal combustion boilers which fire high﹣moisture lignite.Variation of moisture in raw coal has great influence on temperature and moisture of the pulverized coal at the mill outlet.关键词
