利用紫外 LED 光源测量 SO2气体浓度
Measurement of SO2 concentration in flue gas using ultraviolet LED
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of SO2 absorption spectroscopy,the monitoring technique for SO2 concentration around 300 nm using an ultraviolet light-emitting diode (LED)as the light source was developed.The theoretical relationship model between the SO2 concentrations and the optical parameters was established.The experimental results show that,using the novel data processing method to evaluate the SO2 concentration can reduce the influence of the detec-tor electron noise and the light source on measurement significantly.The detection limit can reach 0.2 μL/L when the signal noise ratio equals 2.Long-term detection of SO2 concentration was carried out to verify the stability and accuracy of this measurement technique.To sum up,using an ultraviolet light-emitting diode can reduce the cost and prolong the service life of sulfur dioxide monitoring.关键词
