摘要

Abstract

The atomization characteristics of the nozzle in SNCR system directly affect the denitration effi-ciency.The spray angle,spray distance and some other macroscopic parameters can be measured through spray experiments.The Fluent software was adopted to simulate the air-blast atomizer in SNCR system, and the influence of gas-liquid pressure on flow characteristics and atomization effect was put forward. With a constant gas pressure,as the water pressure increases,the spraying volume increases while the gas consumption rate decreases.The opposite trend was obtained when the liquid pressure is fixed.This conclu-sion agrees well with the experimental results.
