电厂换热设备微生物污垢沉积与腐蚀实验
Experimental study on microbial fouling and corrosion on heat exchangers surface in power plants
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the characteristics of microbial fouling on heat exchangers,the iron bacteria that is easy to form microbial fouling in the industrial circulating cooling water was selected to conduct static microbial fouling experiments.The low carbon steel pieces before and after experiment was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy.The gravimetric method was taken to record the changes of fouling.The op-tical turbidity was taken to record the number changes of bacteria.The results show that,the corrosion on low carbon steel was slight in the water environment,and iron bacteria can increase the corrosion dramatic-ally.The iron bacteria can cause severe corrosion and microbial fouling on the surface of low carbon steel. Microbial fouling and microbial corrosion occurred simultaneously.When the effect of fouling was greater than that of corrosion,fouling occurred,otherwise,corrosion occurred.关键词
