摘要
Abstract
The Hg0 catalytic oxi dation and adsorptio n capabil ties of 3 activated carbo ns (ACs) and one active coke were evaluated in a simulated coal-derived atmosph ere conta ining hydrogen sulfide ( H2 S) and oxygen (O2 ).The examined adsorbent properties that may affect adsorpt ion capacity are pore structure and the presence of sulfur on surface of ACs.N2 isothermal absorption data was treated by BET eq uation and to calculat e the special sur facea rea.Thea bsorption data was se ttledb y HK method to obtain the micro porous struct ure.The medium pore dia meter distribution wasc alculated by BJH method.The results reveal th at with the inc reasing of micro pore and medium pore volume, Hg0 adsorptive capacity of activated carbons is enhanced.In all cases, Hg0 remova l efficiency increases with sulfur addition.关键词
