Abstract
Construction budget compilation for resettlement is an important component of investment estimation of resettlement plan and design in land acquisition and resettlement of hydropower project. Due to the involvement of multi-specialties and wide ranges, while being closely related to public facilities, the budget compilation is complicated. On the basis of Specifications for Compilation of Cost Estimation ( or evaluation) for Land Requisition and Resident Relocation of Hydroelectric Project , we dis-cussed some technical issues, such as project division and boundary, use of valuation quota, material estimation price determina-tion, charge standard, unit price compilation of infrastructure construction and dynamic management etc. , so as to make the compilation of budget for resettlement more reasonable.关键词
