Abstract
For the cross-canal bridges of Yuzhou to Changge in Henan Province, Middle Route Project of South to North Wa-ter Diversion, the upper structure is usually composed of pre-stressed concrete box-beam of simply-supported or simply-supported and continuous pre-stressed concrete beam, and the lower structure is composed of bored pile, pile-abutment and capping beam. The construction disturbance between channel and bridge would influence capping beam construction and further influence bridge construction schedule. We carried out a comparative analysis for capping beam construction by hold hoop and full supporting methods respectively. The engineering calculation shows that hold hoop construction can ensure safety and possesses advantages of good operability, lower cost and fast construction.关键词
