湘江流域防洪规划方案研究
Study of flood control planning of Xiangjiang River Basin
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the flood control problems of Xiangjiang River Basin, the policy of taking flood releasing as main-stay should be complied with, and the principles such as giving priority to key points with proper consideration to general, and combination of engineering and non-engineering measures should be followed. On the basis of the introduction of flood charac-teristics of Xiangjiang River Basin, the existing problems with the flood control situation of this basin, including imperfect levee system, insufficient flood control capacity and the lag of detention basin construction and non-engineering measures, were ana-lyzed and the flood control standard for the cities along the river was made clear. The flood control scheme and goals of the main reaches of Xiangjiang River were put forward.关键词
