Abstract
For calculating design flood in un-gagaed area, the approach of acquiring flood disaster information such as occur-ring time, flood duration, inundation scope, disaster loss etc. by remote image data in different years and history flood disaster data was researched. Taking a transformer substation in the west China as a case, based on high-precision remote sensing ima-ges and DEM data in different years, the vertical and horizontal stability of rivers and gullies were analyzed by the recognition method that combines artificial interpretation and automatic interpretation, and the parameters for flood calculation such as gully depth, width, gradient etc. were extracted, and the history flood data can be obtained and the rationality was analyzed. The anal-ysis shows that the calculation approach is intuitive, the results are reliable and the approach is superior to history flood analysis approach by topographic map, and it provides a new approach for design flood calculation in un-gaged area.关键词
