摘要

Abstract

In-a-river-basin,-the-limitation-and-scarcity-of-water-resources-makes-the-water-consumption-departments-fight-for-water-in-a-certain-period-,-involving-productive-,-ecological-and-domestic-uses-.Based-on-synergetic-theory-and-concepts-of-ordered-degree-and-coordination-degree-,-the-order-parameters-were-set-up-in-the-productive-,-ecological-and-domestic-subsystems-and-the-evaluation-model-of-water-consumption-system-coordination-degree-was-constructed-.Taking-Dongjiang-River-Basin-as-a-case-stud-y,-we-calculated-the-ordered-degree-and-coordination-degree-of-the-whole-basin-and-the-subsystems-of-every-region-to-reveal-the-evolvement-of-synergy-and-alienation-features-under-the-changing-environment-.The-results-showed-that-the-coordination-degree-of-water-consumption-system-changed-obviously-around-2005-.Before-2005-,-the-coordination-degree-dropped-due-to-the-increased-ex-ternal-water-demands-and-the-deterioration-of-water-pollution-.After-2005-,-the-water-consumption-system-tended-to-be-more-rea-sonable-and-its-coordination-degree-showed-a-fluctuation-increase-.The-water-consumption-system-will-evolve-in-a-good-order-and-condition.
