Abstract
The original over -speed protection system of No. 2 unit of Tongjiezi Hydropower Station has been operated for years, so there are hidden dangers that may affect the safe operation of the units. In order to avoid runaway accident and improve the reliability of over-speed protection system, the purely mechanical over-speed protection system of No. 2 unit was reformed during the maintenance of 2012 to 2013. A set of purely mechanical over-speed protection device was added to the original sys-tem and the original hydraulic control circuit was reformed as well. The two purely mechanical over-speed devices were parallel-ly connected after reformation, which could improve the safety of the units. The reformation process was introduced in detail.关键词
