Abstract
We first explore the basic geological condition at dam site area of Wudongde Hydropower Station, and then summa-rize the geological structures characteristics of bank slope. The geological disasters distributions along the reservoir bank such as bank collapse, landslides are analyzed and their development tendency after reservoir impoundment is evaluated. Based on the characteristics analysis on geological structure and bank slope failure, the bank slope stability condition is categorized. The cate-gorized analysis results show that the rock slope is predominant in the reservoir area, the length of stable and basic stable bank slope consist of 65% of the total bank section.关键词
