Abstract
Wudongde Hydropower Station, the most upstream cascade hydropower station on the lower Jinsha River, is planned to be constructed. There are several challenges of extensive submerged areas, large population and high proportion of ethnic mi-norities in the land acquisition for construction. In view of the characteristics of land acquisition, both the technological means and investigation methods are innovated, and the acquisition system for property index and photography technology are used, which have greatly improved the accuracy and efficiency of the investigation, providing a basis for compilation of the planning out-line. The working process and main achievement of resettlement planning are introduced, and the physical indicator investigation for resettlement and the experience in compilation of planning outline are summarized to provide references for future resettlement planning.关键词
