Abstract
In view of the characteristics of wide range of submerged area, large population, high proportion of ethnic minorities and dominated agricultural production in the land acquisition of Wudongde Hydropower Station, on the basis of extensive analy-sis, we propose a multi-channel and multi-way resettlement mode, and also draw out a production resettlement standard ac-cording to the concrete conditions of Sichuan and Yunnan provinces. In this article, the determination method for annual output value of farmland is researched, the yearly compensation policies of Sichuan Province and Yunnan Province are compared, and the resettlement by rural old-age insurance under the unified urban and rural pension insurance system is discussed, as well as the lower limit standard of production resettlement.关键词
