Abstract
The integrated river basin management is a systematic project, mutiple means such as administration, laws and eco-nomics should be applied comprehensively. With the steady promotion of the rule by law and administration by law in China, it is increasingly important to perfect the law and regulation system, so as to provide legal support for integrated management of Yan-gtze River Basin. In the past 65 years after the foundation of PRC, a large number of laws, regulations, rules and specification documents were promulgated, which laid solid basis for the legalization of integrated management of Yangtze River Basin;howev-er, problems existed, such as disordering of legislative layout and structure, insufficient connection and coordination with the present laws and regulations, lag of legislation for the river basin. Guided by the idea of sustainable development, the top level design should be strengthened at the national level, and the complete, scientific and reasonable laws and regulation system of in-tegrated management of river basin should be constructed, headed by Yangtze River Law, according to the characteristics of Yan-gtze River.关键词
