摘要
Abstract
For fulfilling the requirements of the integrated management of the Yangtze River Basin, which has become increas-ingly complex, guided by the top design of informatization of Changjiang Water Resources Commission, we actively track some new technologies such as cloud computation, the Internet of things, big data, mobile Internet, and put forward some ideas on the construction of "intelligent Yangtze River". In this paper, the structure of"intelligent Yangtze River" is presented, several key technologies in the construction process are reviewed, and some key problems are discussed. It is demonstrated that the construc-tion of "intelligent Yangtze River" should be based on the "digital Yangtze River". The key working steps that should be pre-pared in the current stage are sorted out.关键词
