Abstract
The construction of hydropower project is characterized as large scale, long period, wide area and space, difficult risk control, etc. . Aiming at all kinds of possible and practical crisis in construction of hydropower projects in recent years, the necessity of establishing crisis management mechanism in construction of hydropower project was demonstrated by referring to the practical projects. The main causes for the crisis were analyzed and the principles for establishing crisis management mechanism were determined. The crisis management mechanism was established from 4 aspects, namely, organization and institution, pre-warning mechanism, crisis treatment mechanism and recover mechanism after crisis.关键词
