Abstract
The foundation of longitudinal sub-cofferdam at Zhentouba I Hydropower Station is consisted of boulder and gravel with partial silt and fine sand laid beneath. High pressure jet grouting and controlling grouting test were carried out to solve the seepage problem. According to the test results, a comprehensive seepage control solution was proposed, which used concrete cut-ting wall as main seepage structures supplemented by double-row controlled cement grouting at local sections with overburden layer thinner than 40 m. Moreover, several quality controlling points were presented, including slurry protection for cutoff wall, classification of rock quality, quality acceptance of trough forming and concrete placement.关键词
