Risk assessment for EPC procurement of hydropower projects
在水电工程EPC项目中，采购对整个工程项目的成本、质量和工期有着重要影响。结合相关学者的研究成果，建立了EPC项目采购风险因素评价体系。针对风险发生的影响程度和发生概率，构建风险矩阵模型；利用AHP方法计算风险权重，从而得出采购风险的综合等级；引入累计风险贡献率，确定该风险等级下的主要影响因素。通过工程算例验证了该方法的可行性，以期对EPC项目采购管理发挥指导和借鉴作用。
In EPC hydropower projects,the procurement has significant influence on the cost, construction quality and duration of the whole project. Combined with some relevant researches of EPC project procurement risk, the risk factors evaluation system of EPC procurement is established, and in the light of the impact degree and occurrence probability of the risks, the risk matrix is built.
