Abstract
Aiming at the weak links in construction fund supervision in large infrastructure construction, and according to the problems existed in construction fund supervision of water sources project for Middle Route Project of South to North Water Diver-sion, we present some countermeasures to ensure the construction fund safety, such as strengthening the internal control of con-struction fund supervision and the fund management, improving the cost accounting of construction fund utilization to increase construction fund using efficiency, promoting the responsibility system of legal person and establishing incentive mechanism, fur-ther perfecting the relevant systems and rules to realize regulation by laws. By implementing the construction fund supervision through the whole construction process, the construction fund safety was guaranteed and no corruption occurred.关键词
