摘要

Abstract

In slab rockfill dam construction of Lower Stung Russei Chrum Hydropower Station in Cambodia, affected by various environmental and unpredictable factors, the dam construction period is a challenge for all construction parties. On the basis of analyzing various unfavorable factors and in combination with the engineering practice, a series of management measures were a-dopted to strengthen the dynamic management for dam construction, including cofferdam flood control standard adjustment, strengthening of the materials supply, dynamic adjustment of temporary building facilities. The engineering practice shows that this management measures can effectively improve the construction efficiency and ensure the construction period, which provides experience to similar hydropower projects at home and abroad.
