Abstract
The sluice hoist of Xinglong Hydro-complex Project on the Hanjiang River is a typical integration of mechanical-electrical-hydraulic product consisting of host and slave machine. We analyze the hidden dangers in the local control system and centralized control system of the equipment. In combination with the characteristics of actual operation, we put forward the corre-sponding system reconstruction schemes without increasing any cost, including optimizing the PLC control program of the slave machine and host machine, so as to avoid the influences of mis-operation and equipment failure on the hoist operation. Moreo-ver, the compatibility between the architecture of the control system and the operation rule of the project is analyzed in detail.关键词
