Abstract
The safety management of construction is the top priority of project management, to which the leaders should pay at-tention and all members should participate in, and we should stick to the policy of "safety as priority, prevention as first and comprehensive regulation". Taking the reinforcement project of a natural high and steep slope in the dam area and plunge pool of a hydropower station for an example, the management of high slope construction safety is introduced overall. It is emphasized that we should strengthen the examination and regulation of the potential safety hazard, intensify the training and education on safety to the staff, adopt effective measures and establish emergent rescue system, so as to ensure the safe and smooth construction.关键词
