多源信息同化融合技术在旱情评价中的应用
Application of the Multi-Source Information Assimilation & Fusion Technology on Drought Evaluation
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the deviation problem of drought assessment and improve the accuracy of the assessment of drought and based on infor-mation assimilated and fusion concepts,this article discussed the application for drought multi-source information assimilation and fusion techniques in the assessment of drought. It analyzed the characteristics of drought types and mutual relations,proposed the ideas and methods of drought multi-source information assimilation & fusion and built drought evaluation index system. It conducted applied research in the study case. The results show that the obtained comprehensive drought index can reflect the result of the interaction of three types of drought. A new drought assessment technical means and methods are proposed.关键词
