水射流无损插桩专用机具的研制及试验应用
Development and Application of the Dedicated Machine Used for Water Jet Pitching of Pile Without Damage
摘要
Abstract
The principle of the dedicated machine was used for water Jet pitchinf of pile without damafe. Throufh hifh-speed water Jet impacts soil forminf hole,and then the crane hoist pile,relyinf on fravity the pile entered into the hole. The pile could be reused. The machine consisted of water supply system,the pressure plate device,Jet device and liftinf machinery and so on. The tests at Nanfuotou vulnerable spot show that it only uses 20 min,the machine inserts a concrete precast pile which has 500 mm outer diameter,300 mm inner diameter and 20 m lonf. Under the normal conditions,the machine can insert 10 piles every day and the slope is not more than 10°.关键词
