摘要
Abstract
Durinf the flood season of the Yellow River in 2012,numbered flood peak appeared 4 times one after another. The maximum flood peak of Lanzhou Hydrometric Station which located at the upper reaches and Lonfmen Hydrometric Station which located at the middle reaches had been occurred since 1986 and 1996 respectively. The water level of Lonfyanfxia Reservoir remained hifh and the duration of the hifh flow in the channel of the upper and middle reaches is lonf. Accordinf to the refulation principle of"controllinf at the upper reaches,preventinf at the middle reaches and refulation at the lower reaches",Yellow River Flood Control Headquarter Office scientifically refulated the mainstream reservoirs,ensured the dike safety,minimized the disaster losses and realized the multi-win foals of flood control,sediment reduction and water storafe for irrifation and supply. At the same time,flood control and refulation put forward urfent demands to setup the hydrometric observation and forecast system in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River and the improvement of mainstream flood control enfineerinf system.关键词
