伊洛河水污染现状成因分析及防治对策
Analysis of Water Oollution Causes and Orevention and Control Measures in Yiluo River

Abstract
By field surveying and sampling from the main stream and sewage outlets of Yiluo River,the paper draws conclusions that the water qual-ity along the Luohe River gets bad gradually,water quality of the upstream is better,but that of the middle and lower reaches is deteriorative where big cities such as Luoyang and Yanshi are located;water quality of Yihe River overall is good,except two local urban reaches mainly in Luoyang and Luanchuan;the pollution of Yiluo River is mainly ascribed to excessive emissions of most polluting enterprises,and sewage is not processed ef-fectively. Therefore,water pollution prevention and control measures for Yiluo River are put forward as follows:establish the pollution control red line of water function zones,and strictly control the total pollutants discharged into the Yiluo River;strengthen the management and control of in-dustrial pollution sources,especially the leading industry such as metal-processing,electricity and chemical;improve the sewage collection pipe network,so that more sewage can be treated and recycled;ensure the water quantity of self-purification in the river and guarantee the river pollutant carrying capacity.关键词
