水生态文明建设的发展思路研究框架
Key Issues and Research Framework of Development Ideas of Water Ecological Civilization Construction

Abstract
Ecological civilization is the form of social civilization rising gradually after original civilization,agriculture civilization and industrial civ-ilization. Water ecological civilization is an important part of ecological civilization,which also is an important support for the protection of industri-al civilization to ecological civilization. Water ecological civilization construction is proposed so late that there have some problems in the process of construction. From the angle of human-nature harmony,this article analyzed the key issues of water ecological civilization construction and the links among those questions. In order to solve the problems and coordinate the contradictions between water conservancy development and water ecological civilization construction,the article selected the water related fields as research subjects and discussed the general steps of water ecological civiliza-tion construction in the water conservancy related fields and provided theoretical guidance for solving critical issues of water ecological civilization construction.关键词
