鄂尔多斯市水资源可持续利用规划的关键问题
Key Problems of Water Resources Sustainable Utilization Planning of Ordos City
摘要
Abstract
Taking Ordos as a typical area,some existing problems such as water shortages,low exploitation and utilization potential and water use efficiency,unreasonable water supply and consumption structure,the efficient utilization of water resources management mechanism has not yet formed were pointed out. In order to improve the support capability of water resources and realize the water resources sustainable utilization and e-conomy and society coordinate development,some key problems such as water resources assessment under changing environment,the interactive re-lationship of water resources and national economy system,the sustainable water demand prediction,water resources system optimization and three times of supply and demand analysis and water resources regulation strategy were studied. The main results such as cause of annual runoff change, water resources evaluation,sustainable production of deep groundwater and water resources management system and policy in Ordos City were intro-duced in this study.关键词
