Steep Slope of Self Compacting Concrete Lining Construction Technology
摘要
Abstract
In the construction of steep deep inclined shaft in Bulungkol-Gongur Hydropower Station mix proportion of the high performance concrete was adjusted because of the problems that difficult artificial vibration and easily blocked pipe and slow construction caused by large inclined angle and long distance concrete slip and the pouring concrete and steel pipe installation required to constantly turn. It finally got a grade pump pouring smooth,vibration free,fast and continuous construction self compacting concrete;by increasing the length of the segmented pouring (usually 80 m, the longest one was 110m),in the slide tube within the entire feeding process without any slow falling device measures,it thus simiplified the con-struction process,reduced the construction difficulty and improved the efficiency of the construction.关键词
