Study on the Management System of Weihe Basin in Shaanxi Province
摘要
Abstract
The management of the Weihe River is a trans regional,cross sectoral,cross industry,involving a wide range of integrated system engineering, involving many aspects of river basin and regional policy,system,institution,law and engineering. The existing management system emphasis on regional management and river basin management is weak. How to rationalize the system of river basin management,improve river basin management organization system,is the target and task of institutional reform of Shaanxi Province. On the basis of analyzing the management status of Weihe River basin,consider-ing the objective demand of river basin management system reform,it put forward the new framework of management system of Weihe River basin and feasi-ble management mode and made the duties and responsibilities of river basin management and region management clear.关键词
