跨流域调水工程项目投融资模式决策方法研究
Research on Financing Model Decision Method of Interbasin Diversion Projects
摘要
Abstract
Interbasin diversion project has many characteristics such as large amount of capital investment,long time span and wide coverage. The influencing factors were analyzed and the decision model of financing model decision method of interbasin diversion project was established based on principal component analysis method. As a test,the decision model of financing was applied to an interbasin diversion project. The results show that the PPP model is the best financing model.关键词
