Abstract
According to the situation of water quality and acceptance of pollutants in the Yellow River basin water function zones of key rivers and lakes,this article decomposed water function zones water quality standard target by stages of 2015,2020 and 2030,analyzed water environmental carrying capacity of the key function zones based on the approved assimilative ability. In order to realized the water quality management targets,this article put forward that the total amount control of COD in 2015,2020 and 2030 would be 399. 0 thousand tons,304. 8 thousand tons and 258. 7 thousand tons and ammonia nitrogen would be 44. 2 thousand tons,29. 4 thousand tons and 20. 7 thousand tons by stages to water function zones of key rivers and lakes. The results show that the amount control of pollutants in the Yellow River mainstream,main tributaries and other rivers water function zones of key rivers and lakes is accounted for 40%,42% and 18% of the total pollutants in the corresponding level year. The pollution dis-charge total restrain plan in stages is declined continuously,which is coordinated with the increasing trend of water function zones water quality standard target by stages.关键词
